Turns out, Ty Warner – the billionaire who invented it and all of its Beanie Baby cousins – invested in several hotels in New York, California, and Mexico after his company  stopped producing Beanie Babies in 1999. In July of this year, Las Ventanas Al Paraíso, Warner's five-diamond resort in Los Cabos, Mexico, expanded its luxury travel offerings with the launch of the Ty Warner Mansion, a private 28,000-square-foot estate on the resort grounds. And with a rental rate of $35,000 per night, it's one of the most lavish hotel suites we've come across in a while.
